Role Summary
This contract role is for a remote voice acting specialist who will contribute audio recordings for AI training data. You’ll work from anywhere in Ireland or beyond, providing clean, expressive voice samples that meet project instructions across different languages and accents.
What You’ll Do
- Record voice clips from supplied scripts and make sure they match the technical requirements provided for the project.
- Deliver recordings with steady audio quality, clear speech, and a polished, professional sound.
- Apply pronunciation rules carefully and adjust tone and delivery to suit each assignment.
- Check your recordings and redo any sections that do not meet the required standard for accuracy or quality.
- Coordinate with the project team to send files on time in the requested format.
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to speak one or more languages or dialects clearly and naturally.
- Background in voice recording, whether professional or self-taught, with access to dependable recording gear.
- Comfort following detailed instructions and varying vocal style based on the task.
- Strong focus on accuracy, especially for pronunciation and consistent delivery.
- Stable internet access and suitable professional-quality recording equipment.
Compensation
This position pays between $20 and $50 per hour.
About the Project
You’ll be supporting audio data creation for AI model development within the technology, information, and internet space. The recordings will help build diverse datasets that strengthen speech and language capabilities for advanced AI systems.
