This fully remote role offers compensation ranging from $80 to $150 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop highly specific grading frameworks for evaluating design work such as brand identity systems, campaign graphics, and packaging designs.
• Assess samples created by AI and human designers, providing comprehensive and clear explanations for each evaluation score.
• Maintain consistent, evidence-based judgments ensuring that scoring is reliable and can be confidently defended.
• Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers rapidly to refine evaluations.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and contribute to the advancement of AI model quality.

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience in visual, graphic, or brand design.
• Experience with world-leading design studios, creative agencies, or senior design roles at notable consumer or technology companies.
• Expertise in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color theory, composition, and brand system design.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with an openness to critique and review of your professional judgments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous involvement in AI training, evaluation, or related human-data project work.
