Role Overview
A Visa Counsellor plays a vital role in guiding clients through the visa application journey, ensuring they understand the necessary requirements, processes, and timelines. This position demands excellent communication capabilities along with the ability to persuasively convert potential clients into confirmed business for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise individuals on visa application procedures, eligibility criteria, and document requirements.
- Provide clear guidance to clients to facilitate smooth submission of their visa applications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules and deadlines to assist clients effectively.
