The position operates in Pacific/Mountain Standard Time zones and supports global clients from a fast-growing Canadian design agency, Reely. Job Responsibilities

• Create and refine top-quality video content for a broad spectrum of industries and clients, strictly maintaining brand consistency and strategic messaging.
• Work closely with the creative team and leadership to develop video concepts that strengthen brand narratives and align with campaign objectives.
• Implement advanced editing techniques to maximize visual engagement and viewer appeal.
• Monitor competitors' video materials and stay current with market trends, recommending innovative editing approaches to boost audience conversion.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently, delivering polished videos within demanding deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven creative aptitude demonstrated through a strong and varied portfolio featuring different video editing styles and formats.
• Expertise in widely used editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
• Experienced in motion graphics and visual effects, particularly with Adobe After Effects.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce with the ability to produce videos aimed at increasing conversion rates.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of performing under pressure and adhering to tight timelines.
