About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor based in Jagatpura, Jaipur, who excels at creating compelling marketing videos specifically tailored for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising. This role requires deep understanding of performance marketing concepts beyond basic video editing capabilities.

Working Conditions

• Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
• Working days: Monday through Saturday (6 days a week)
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Accommodation: Not provided

Responsibilities

• Produce top-tier videos customized for Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram.
• Create AI-enhanced videos utilizing state-of-the-art AI video creation tools.
• Develop AI-generated User Generated Content (UGC) style videos and adverts.
• Edit authentic patient testimonial videos professionally.
• Craft promotional content for healthcare and medical products and services.
• Generate AI voice-overs using tools like ElevenLabs or comparable software.
• Incorporate engaging hooks, storytelling techniques, and retention-optimized editing.
• Design multiple video versions to facilitate A/B testing.
• Produce reels, short-form clips, and marketing creative assets aligned with performance objectives.
• Add subtitles, captions, text animations, and motion graphics to videos.
• Develop product and service-focused promotional videos using relevant stock footage, AI visuals, and B-rolls.
• Enhance audio with background music, sound effects, and voice optimizations.
• Apply color correction, smooth transitions, and other quality improvements.
• Understand Meta Ads creative guidelines and audience behavior for more effective video performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess practical experience with marketing video production for performance campaigns.
• Proficient in using modern AI video creation technologies and editing software.
• Experienced in creating various video formats including UGC ads, testimonials, and promotional clips.
• Ability to incorporate AI voice-overs and advanced editing techniques.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong familiarity with Meta advertising formats and audience psychology.
• Freshers or candidates lacking marketing video experience should not apply.
