Position Overview
The Vice President of Internal Operations is tasked with developing and executing strategies to enhance the internal operational framework of the organization. This leadership role oversees essential functions such as operations management, process optimization, administrative services, shared services management, resource distribution, governance, and organizational effectiveness enhancement. The VP focuses on implementing standardized, digital, and highly efficient operational procedures to boost execution capabilities, operational efficiency, and cost containment, supporting sustainable growth and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and align internal operational strategies with the company’s overall objectives.
- Design internal operations management systems and governance structures.
- Create annual operational and resource plans, setting performance benchmarks.
- Manage the day-to-day internal operations and administrative activities.
- Standardize internal policies, procedures, and management standards.
- Enhance cross-departmental collaboration to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Implement Business Process Management systems and lead process reengineering initiatives.
- Apply Lean Management methodologies to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
- Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control initiatives to maximize utilization and minimize expenses.
- Oversee Shared Services Center functioning, improving internal support services such as HR, procurement, and administration.
- Drive digital transformation through ERP, OA, HRIS, and other management systems integrating AI, RPA, and data analytics.
- Establish risk management, compliance, governance systems, and emergency preparedness mechanisms.
- Work collaboratively with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Procurement, and business units to synchronize operations and support strategic projects.
- Build and lead the internal operations team, focusing on talent development, performance management, and cultivating a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- MBA or relevant Master’s degree is advantageous.
- More than 10 years of experience in corporate operations, administration, or process management, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Expertise in managing internal operations within large or multinational enterprises.
- Proficient in shared services, business process optimization, and digital operational systems.
- Experience handling global or cross-regional operational environments is preferred.

- Operational efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and process optimization rates.
- Satisfaction levels for shared services and internal customers, adherence to Service Level Agreements.
- Budget adherence, resource utilization, automation coverage, and timely project completions.
