About Texas International Academy

Texas International Academy (TIA) is a junior college dedicated to preparing students for undergraduate studies at top global universities immediately after intermediate education. As an initiative of Texas Review®, TIA utilizes over ten years of expertise in international education and immigration to offer a pragmatic and results-focused curriculum. The academy provides foundational programs aligned with Telangana State Board standards and integrates extensive SAT preparation. Students also train for language proficiency exams like IELTS and TOEFL and receive organized support for profile enhancement through projects, internships, and international study programs. The environment fosters global exposure and academic excellence, ideal for educators passionate about international education.

Role Overview

The Verbal Trainer is a full-time position based on-site in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include conducting classroom lectures and small-group workshops concentrating on verbal reasoning, reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and strategies for tests such as SAT, IELTS, and TOEFL. Daily duties involve lesson planning, material development, student evaluation through assessments, and providing personalized academic feedback.

Key Responsibilities

The trainer will monitor student progress, collaborate with faculty to ensure verbal training aligns with the overall curriculum, and engage in counseling sessions with parents and students as needed. Maintaining a professional demeanor, fostering an encouraging learning atmosphere, and remaining updated on international test formats are expected.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should demonstrate strong verbal communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Expertise in English language instruction covering grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing is essential. Familiarity with standardized tests—specifically SAT (Verbal), IELTS, and TOEFL—and their strategies is required. Candidates should be skilled at lesson planning, curriculum delivery, assessing students, and giving constructive feedback. The ability to mentor and inspire adolescent learners with an inclusive and student-focused approach is important.

Preferably, candidates hold a bachelor's or master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related area. Previous experience as a verbal trainer, English faculty, or test-prep instructor for SAT, IELTS, or TOEFL is advantageous. Basic digital proficiency for utilizing online educational resources and assessment tools is also necessary.
