Role Overview

The Vehicles Specialist is tasked with overseeing day-to-day fleet operations including cleaning, repositioning, refueling, and damage assessment of vehicles — a critical role ensuring the safety of all fleet users. The specialist is also responsible for delivering vehicles requiring additional diagnostics or maintenance to appropriate service centers. The position offers a gross monthly wage of €1,250.

Key Duties

• Drive extensively throughout the city operating new company vehicles, avoiding typical office tasks.
• Address various vehicle-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Transport cars to service facilities for repairs or upkeep.
• Conduct thorough fleet inspections to maintain safety standards.
• Refuel and clean vehicles as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, daytime, or night shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours.

Candidate Profile

• A strong enthusiasm and knowledge about automobiles.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
• Good grasp of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Detail-oriented and disciplined work ethic.
• Resilient and persistent mindset to overcome daily challenges.
• Fluency in Latvian and English required; Russian language skills are advantageous.
