Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and technologically proficient individual to join our Darlington Volkswagen team as a Vehicle Progressor. This pivotal role supports both our Service and Sales departments, offering a valuable career development opportunity with a leading brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Photographing and uploading images, pricing, and vehicle descriptions to our online showroom daily.
• Producing CitNOW videos to enhance customer experience.
• Arranging vehicles on-site to ensure an appealing presentation for customers.
• Managing social media accounts and monitoring customer interactions.
• Collecting and delivering vehicles to and from customers.
• Maintaining high standards for both the dealership site and vehicles.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a fast-paced, premium environment and thrives under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across departments are essential. You should be highly organized, attentive to detail, and possess proficient IT capabilities with a sound understanding of business-related social media.

Working Hours & Salary

This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Salary is £27,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
