Role Overview

This position involves the safe handling, inspection, and relocation of vehicles within designated storage compounds and loading zones. Tasks include conducting vehicle checks upon arrival and departure, performing stock audits, and maintaining high standards within the compounds. The role manages high volumes of vehicle movement daily, typically 60 or more vehicles, ensuring precision, safety, and adherence to operational procedures in support of the wider operations team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles during arrival and dispatch stages
• Operate vehicle movements across multiple compounds
• Perform specific vehicle inspections as required
• Conduct stock verification and audits
• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of storage compounds

Candidate Requirements

• Willingness to work outdoors under varying weather conditions
• Availability for shift work including evenings and up to six days weekly
• Capability to travel between different compound locations
• Possession of a valid full driving license
• Positive attitude toward work and team environment
• Experience driving cars and light commercial vehicles comfortably
