Role Overview

This position is for a Valet Attendant at The Crosby in Miami, Florida. The role offers an hourly pay rate of $16 plus tips and is ideal for dependable drivers who enjoy customer interaction and working with a supportive team.

What You Will Do

• Support clients by handling requests and concerns promptly, solving issues proactively, and keeping communication clear and professional.
• Check each vehicle carefully before parking it and record any relevant observations.
• Communicate valet pricing clearly to customers.
• Follow traffic regulations and maintain safe driving habits at all times.
• Escalate accidents, safety risks, unusual incidents, and policy breaches to management.
• Use knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and highways to help provide a smooth customer experience.
• Arrive in a clean uniform for every scheduled shift, on time, and prepared to work.
• Remain fully in uniform throughout the shift.
• Help management with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a valid state driver’s license, a current address, and a satisfactory driving record. Being able to drive a manual transmission vehicle is considered an advantage.

Availability for late shifts, overnight shifts, and/or weekends may be required. Candidates must also be legally eligible to work in the United States and be able to provide valid documentation if hired.

Strong customer communication, the ability to handle complaints professionally, basic arithmetic with U.S. currency, and the ability to understand short written instructions, emails, and memos are required. The role also calls for following both written and verbal directions and staying calm when schedules, conditions, or circumstances change unexpectedly.

Physical Requirements

This job involves frequent standing and walking, as well as regular use of the hands for handling cash and equipment. Sitting, climbing, and balancing may be required at times. The position may also involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 25 pounds.
