Role Overview

We are inviting entry-level candidates to join as UX/UI Trainees. This position includes structured onboarding and mentorship, progressing towards increased responsibilities. It suits individuals beginning their design careers or transitioning from other technical roles who are comfortable leveraging AI tools in design workflows.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, and mockups utilizing Figma.
• Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts.
• Design interfaces for AI-driven products such as chat platforms, agent systems, dashboards, and administrative panels.
• Incorporate AI applications daily for tasks like research, UX copywriting drafts, brainstorming, and rapid prototyping.
• Contribute components to design systems.
• Present designs to teammates, accept input constructively, and refine work accordingly.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a design portfolio featuring study, personal, or commercial projects demonstrating design thinking beyond final visuals.
• Proficiency with Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototype creation.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools related to design, specifically:
• Language model assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for research, ideation, or UX text drafting.
• AI-based prototyping tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude Artifacts) for producing clickable prototypes.
• Strong communication abilities to present work clearly, explain design choices, and receive feedback positively.
• Solid understanding of design principles such as user flows, wireframing, typography, and layout design.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English language skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience designing conversational or agent-based UI (chatbots, copilots, or voice-driven interfaces).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or familiarity with AI-assisted coding prototyping.
• Awareness of accessibility considerations like color contrast and keyboard navigation.
• Use of generative image tools (e.g., Midjourney) for moodboard creation and visual exploration.
• Completion of relevant design courses or certifications.
