UX/UI Designer - Multidisciplinary Design Expert (Remote Contract)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Design Expert with multidisciplinary expertise to join as a contract UX/UI Designer. This remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate on refining and evaluating AI-generated visual and UX/UI content, ensuring it meets high standards of usability and design quality.

Role Responsibilities

• Review and analyze design interview materials focusing on visual appeal and user experience elements.
• Evaluate AI-produced content for quality control, usability, and consistency with up-to-date design principles.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to enhance layouts, visual hierarchy, and overall experience for users.
• Work closely with AI training teams for alignment with current and evolving design industry standards.
• Apply comprehensive design knowledge to improve AI tool outputs through real-world application feedback.
• Promote principles of user-centric design thinking and consistent branding throughout all reviewed design assets.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive multidisciplinary design experience supported by a strong and diverse portfolio.
• Proficient understanding of typography, layout design, and visual composition principles.
• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
• Solid expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and processes centered on user experience design.
• Ability to critically assess and develop brand identity and visual branding components.

Additional Information

• Contract engagement with flexible weekly commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours.
• Compensation ranges between $20 to $64 per hour.
• Fully remote position, open to candidates based in the United States.
