Job Responsibilities

• Design seamless and engaging user interfaces and experiences by creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that enhance usability and enjoyment.
• Develop prototypes and mockups to visually communicate interaction designs and support development efforts.
• Collaborate closely with product management, development, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive design strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Collect and integrate user feedback to iteratively refine the platform and marketing designs.
• Organize and participate in usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover potential improvements.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in UX/UI, particularly those relevant to digital engagement and the creator economy.
• Support diverse design projects including landing pages, marketing collateral, and social media visuals to consistently reflect the TXT.com brand identity.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in UX/UI design, preferably with exposure to a broad spectrum of design tasks such as social media and marketing asset creation; experience in SaaS or digital platforms is advantageous.
• Proficiency in design software including Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with added familiarity in Photoshop or Illustrator seen as a bonus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating capabilities in UX/UI projects as well as landing pages and marketing materials, highlighting design versatility.
• Solid grasp of UX/UI principles with enthusiasm for advancing user-centered design methodologies.
• Flexible, multi-skilled approach able to handle varied design responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling productive collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset geared toward problem-solving.
