• Shift Timings: Night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
• Employment Type: Permanent full-time

Candidate Profile Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of substantial experience in core sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for US IT recruitment.
• Proven background in screening candidates specifically in Semiconductor, Hardware, or VLSI domains is essential.
• Expertise in conducting first-round technical and domain-specific evaluation calls to assess candidate suitability and job alignment.
• Thorough knowledge of US employment classifications, visa types, and relevant domain terminologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure a professional and comprehensive candidate assessment process.
