Role Description

The full-time remote Upwork Bidder position involves actively sourcing relevant projects on Upwork and crafting tailored proposals to secure new client engagements. Primary responsibilities include identifying fitting job opportunities, understanding client requirements, preparing personalized bids, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment of proposals with service offerings and pricing strategies. This role requires maintaining a steady submission routine, monitoring proposal feedback and results, and adapting tactics based on client responses and success data. Interaction with prospective clients to address pre-contract inquiries and assisting with project transitions to delivery teams upon award is also essential.
