About the Role
Lexarix UG is looking for a creative, user-focused UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) to shape digital products with strong visual design and an excellent user experience. In this role, you will work closely with product management, development, and other stakeholders to create interfaces that are intuitive, attractive, and function well in practice.
Responsibilities
- Design clear and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Evaluate user needs and carry out user research as well as usability testing.
- Produce user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Build and maintain a consistent design system.
- Collaborate closely with product management, development, and marketing teams.
- Improve existing products using user feedback and data analysis.
- Ensure a consistent user experience across all digital products.
- Present and document design concepts for internal stakeholders.
Profile
- A completed degree in design, media informatics, human-computer interaction, or a similar qualification is required.
- Several years of UI/UX design experience would be an advantage.
- Confident use of Figma and common design and prototyping tools is expected.
- Knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility is required.
- Understanding of modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven optimization is important.
- You should bring creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong sense for usability.
- A self-directed, structured approach to work and the ability to collaborate well in a team are essential.
