About the Role
ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. This full-time position offers remote, hybrid, or on-site work options and targets entry to mid-level candidates passionate about crafting intuitive digital products primarily in education and consulting sectors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user requirements and behaviors.
- Develop personas, journey maps, user flows, and structure information architecture to guide design decisions.
- Pinpoint user challenges and design solutions enhancing overall experience quality.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models to visualize product concepts effectively.
- Analyze user feedback continuously to refine and improve digital experiences.
- Ensure all designs prioritize accessibility, intuitiveness, and meet user expectations.
- Design visually consistent interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms including high-fidelity mockups, components, and design systems.
- Develop layouts, color schemes, typography, icons, and maintain visual uniformity across platforms.
- Translate business needs into impactful design solutions in collaboration with development teams to guarantee precise implementation.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, marketing, and stakeholders to participate in product planning, brainstorming, and design reviews.
- Support digital transformation efforts and continuously assess implemented designs for optimization chances.
- Stay abreast of emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, contributing creative improvements to digital engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or diploma in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX, product, or web design preferred.
- Proven portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, design thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Strong foundation in UX principles, user research, usability testing, and interaction design.
- Experience developing wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and front-end development concepts is advantageous.
- Excellent visual design skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaborative skills with ability to present ideas clearly.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines efficiently.
