Role Overview

As a Treasury Analyst, you will be instrumental in steering InfraBuild's treasury and finance functions, overseeing liquidity management, forecasting cash flows, handling financial risk, and overseeing treasury accounting tasks. This role provides vital insights through precise cash flow forecasting to aid senior leadership's strategic decisions while fostering synergy with finance and business teams to identify cash flow drivers, assess financial risks, and discover areas for enhanced financial and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 16-week cash flow forecasts, weekly and monthly liquidity overviews, and various general accounting reports.
• Continuously monitor cash flow results, analyze discrepancies, and refine forecasting precision utilizing thorough data analytics and modelling techniques.
• Collaborate with business units to review forecasts, determine funding necessities, and pinpoint cash flow risks and potential opportunities.
• Conduct foreign exchange transactions, track currency market movements, and contribute to FX risk mitigation and hedge-related reporting.
• Oversee treasury accounting tasks including cash management, loan accounting, interest processing, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and audit compliance.
• Assist in the development, upkeep, and advancement of treasury management systems, forecasting applications, and automation processes.
• Work jointly with Finance, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and other business stakeholders to uphold treasury strategies, ensuring adherence to treasury policies, governance standards, and internal control mechanisms.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Three to four years of relevant experience in Treasury, Banking, Corporate Finance, or equivalent roles.
• Strong analytical aptitude including advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Knowledgeable about foreign exchange markets and corresponding financial instruments.
• Excellent communication capabilities to clearly articulate financial data to various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability for cross-team collaboration in a dynamic work environment.
• Robust problem-solving skills with experience in financial risk identification, proposing remedies, and familiarity with Treasury Management Systems and TM1 considered advantageous.
