Travel Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for a Travel Consultant with 1 to 4 years of experience in travel agencies or tour operating companies. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling both domestic and international tour packages, possess strong communication capabilities, and have basic proficiency in MS Office, email, and travel booking software. The role includes delivering outstanding customer service while working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits.
• Create and tailor domestic and international travel packages according to client preferences.
• Develop travel itineraries, prepare quotations, and present package proposals.
• Support customers throughout booking processes and provide necessary travel-related details.
• Ensure customers experience a seamless and pleasant booking interaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Between one to four years of relevant experience within travel agencies or tour operators.
• Familiarity with domestic and international tour operations.
• Good communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Basic operational knowledge of MS Office, email platforms, and travel reservation systems.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
