Training and Enablement Specialist

Overview

This opportunity is on behalf of a partner company looking for a Training and Enablement Specialist based remotely within the United States. The core focus of this role is to create effective learning experiences that enable both customers and internal staff to maximize benefits from cutting-edge software solutions.

The specialist will develop, present, and refine training programs delivered via multiple modalities such as live virtual sessions, eLearning modules, videos, and written documentation. This position aims to enhance product uptake, foster customer engagement, and support ongoing client success by collaborating with various teams and shaping user learning interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct engaging live virtual trainings and webinars for customers and partners.
• Work closely with client-facing departments to tailor training content aligning with customer needs and business objectives.
• Create self-paced educational resources, including online courses, instructional videos, support guides, one-page summaries, and communication initiatives.
• Organize and prioritize internal training needs to ensure timely delivery of impactful learning solutions.
• Analyze participant engagement data, attendance records, and feedback to identify areas for enhancement.
• Offer data-supported suggestions to leadership on content development, training impact, and process improvements.
• Stay current with product changes and ensure all training materials reflect the latest updates.
• Coordinate closely with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, Technical Support, and other teams to synchronize enablement efforts.
• Monitor and report key training performance indicators, content utilization, and progress against objectives.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance training experiences and drive greater product adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in training, instructional design, customer enablement, or similar roles.
• Demonstrable expertise in constructing and delivering impactful training for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging large virtual groups.
• Familiarity with virtual training platforms such as Zoom Webinars or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage competing projects effectively.
• Self-motivated with initiative to independently identify process and content improvements.
• Experience interpreting training metrics and leveraging data to optimize learning outcomes.
• Preferred experience with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline or Rise).
• Additional advantage if skilled in video creation/editing using tools such as Camtasia or Loom.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is beneficial.
• Background in HR technology, Human Capital Management, enterprise SaaS, or related industries is desired.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience is preferred.
