Role Overview
In this trainee recruitment consulting role, you will support candidate sourcing, outreach, and communication throughout the recruiting process. The position is designed for someone eager to learn, contribute actively, and develop within a fast-moving sales and recruiting setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable candidates through active search and direct outreach.
- Conduct phone interviews and present client opportunities in an engaging way.
- Manage all written and phone communication with candidates from first contact onward.
- Recruit skilled professionals and create clear, meaningful qualification profiles.
