About the Role

South Coast Traffic Management Ltd is expanding due to new contracts in the South and Southwest regions. We seek committed and professional Traffic Management Operatives to join our supportive, family-run company that prioritizes employee development and plays a crucial role in maintaining road and community safety.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Demonstrate a strong dedication to health and safety standards.
Maintain reliability, punctuality, and a positive approach to work.
Exhibit excellent communication and team cooperation skills.
Be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and emergency call-outs as needed.
Show a professional attitude with eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
Possess a full UK manual driving licence with at least one year of driving experience.
Hold M1 or M2 certification; M5 certification is preferred.

Guaranteed shifts, working 5 shifts out of every 7 days.
Competitive starting rate of £150 per shift, amounting to approximately £39,000 per year (basic salary).
