Role summary

This full-time position in Kingston combines trade merchandising, customer-facing support, and delivery driving. The successful candidate will make sure products are well presented at client sites, nurture positive client relationships, contribute to in-store selling efforts, and complete deliveries accurately and on schedule. The role also includes monitoring stock levels, maintaining strong display standards, and assisting team activities as required.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and maintain product displays at customer locations to ensure items are presented neatly and attractively.
• Support in-store sales efforts and help promote products to meet retail and store goals.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with clients through clear, responsive communication.
• Carry out deliveries in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
• Check inventory levels regularly and flag replenishment needs when necessary.
• Keep merchandising standards high and ensure product placement aligns with company expectations.
• Work independently and contribute to team tasks, including remote support when needed.

Required qualifications

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Customer service experience with the ability to handle client concerns professionally.
• Background in sales and retail operations, including product promotion.
• Understanding of marketing approaches that help support retail objectives and attractive merchandising.
• Valid driver’s licence and a clean driving history.
• Ability to manage duties with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent; extra training or certifications in a related field are an added advantage.
