Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly during order placement and pickup, ensuring a memorable welcome and farewell.
• Answer phone calls professionally, using correct phone etiquette to take accurate orders.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu to precisely take and manage orders.
• Organize and package orders carefully with attention to accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to fulfill orders promptly.
• Work alongside Restaurant Managers to quote realistic wait times and communicate them to guests.
• Operate online and mobile app ordering systems proficiently.
• Use the point of sale (POS) system accurately to process To-Go sales, gift cards, and payment transactions.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards consistently.
• Demonstrate teamwork in all interactions and tasks.
