Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous Title Examiner to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing various real estate documents, conducting comprehensive searches, and preparing precise title reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze deeds, mortgages, assignments, trustee appointments, and loan modifications thoroughly.
• Investigate judgments, liens, tax records, assessor files, and other miscellaneous public documents.
• Conduct title and ownership verification searches to ensure accuracy.
• Utilize PACER system to verify bankruptcy statuses specifically for New York and Texas jurisdictions, and perform PACER and lien searches for clients based in Georgia.
• Employ Charles Jones tool to search judgments in New Jersey.
• Carry out GI (General Index) and PI (Property Index) searches as part of the title examination process.
• Use Netro Online platform to verify property ownership, tax records, assessor information, legal descriptions, and related public records.
• Compile and deliver precise title reports for clients, reflecting all verified findings from the searches and document reviews.
