About the Role
Skyline Infraworld Pvt. Ltd. seeks a proactive and knowledgeable Tender Executive (Business Development Manager) to join their Government procurement and business development team in Lucknow. This full-time onsite role focuses on enhancing tender management and client engagement within government and private sectors.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor new business opportunities by tracking Government and Private Sector tenders.
- Oversee the entire tender process, including identification, documentation, compliance checks, bid preparation, submission, and follow-up after awards.
- Manage comprehensive operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal, involving bid participation, reverse auctions, product/service listings, order management, contract execution, invoicing, and payment monitoring.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, client engagements, technical discussions, presentations, and negotiations with Government departments, consultants, and private clients to strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with technical, commercial, finance, and legal departments to craft precise and competitive proposals.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with government bodies, public sector units, consultants, development authorities, and private clients to generate new business leads.
- Keep track of tender pipelines, competitors’ activities, and market trends while maintaining tender management information systems and reporting.
Candidate Requirements
- MBA degree is mandatory, preferably in Marketing, Business Development, Operations, or a related area.
- Three to six years of experience in tender management and business development roles.
- Practical experience with GeM Portal, Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), state-level e-Tender portals, and other government procurement platforms.
- Preferred experience in architecture, engineering, infrastructure, construction, or EPC industries.
- Strong capabilities in communication, negotiation, thorough documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and tender documentation processes.

This is a full-time position based onsite in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The role requires engagement with various government agencies and private sector clients to build business through systematic tender management and government procurement channels.
