Job summary

Koolboks is seeking a persuasive and energetic telesales professional to support its expanding sales function in Uganda. In this role, you will contact both current and prospective customers to present Koolboks products and services, convert opportunities into sales, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

  • Reach out by phone to existing and potential customers to present and sell Koolboks offerings.
  • Respond to customer questions about product details, prices, and stock or availability.
  • Record customer orders and complete transaction processing accurately.
  • Identify and pass along qualified leads to the field sales team.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Maintain customer records, including payment details, feedback, and buying history.
  • Follow approved sales scripts while managing objections and guiding conversations effectively.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and practical applications in a way that matches customer needs.
  • Work toward or beyond daily and monthly targets for calls and sales.

Requirements
