Job Overview
As a Telesales Executive at Go Digit General Insurance Limited, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, turning leads into successful sales. The role requires clear communication of product features and benefits, while maintaining full compliance with company policies and service level agreements. Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets is a key aspect of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Clearly articulate the features and advantages of the insurance products offered.
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and service level agreements throughout each interaction.
- Consistently achieve and surpass targets set for daily, weekly, and monthly sales volumes.
