Job Overview
Pureiva Ventures Private Limited seeks a confident and motivated Female Telesales Executive to enhance their real estate sales team. The role involves engaging prospective clients through calls, generating quality leads, arranging site visits, and ensuring consistent follow-up with customers to boost sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers to introduce and promote real estate offerings.
- Generate and qualify leads for further sales processes.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits for interested clients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to nurture relationships and encourage sales conversions.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Basic computer literacy is required to manage calls and maintain records.
- Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred, though fresh candidates with strong communication aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Must possess a positive mindset and strong persuasion capabilities.
Compensation
The salary ranges between ₹12,000 and ₹20,000 per month, complemented by attractive performance-based incentives tailored to the candidate's experience.
