About the Role
A dynamic and expanding telecommunications company in Bournemouth is seeking motivated Telemarketers to join their growing sales team. This position offers an excellent path for individuals eager to establish a long-lasting career in sales, welcoming applicants with either outbound calling experience or a background in customer service ready to take on a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and arrange appointments for the field sales team.
- Confidently communicate with senior business decision-makers.
- Assess and qualify sales opportunities while collecting essential business data.
- Keep precise records of CRM entries and follow-up tasks.
- Create interest in company products and services through consultative dialogue.
- Consistently aim to meet individual and team sales targets in a results-oriented atmosphere.
Requirements
- Experience in outbound B2B sales is essential.
- Strong, professional communication abilities.
- Driven by targets with a resilient, motivated mindset.
- Capable of quickly establishing rapport during phone conversations.
- Self-driven and proactive in managing work duties.
- Able to thrive within a fast-paced work environment.
