Job description
About the Role
This position is based in Delhi & NCR, dedicated to the financial sector specifically focusing on loan sales including personal loans, home loans, business loans, and overdraft facilities. The employment is full-time.
Primary Duties
- Conduct outbound telephone outreach to prospective customers to discuss loan offerings.
- Clearly communicate the features, advantages, and eligibility conditions of various loan products.
- Generate and nurture leads by following up with potential clients who show interest.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and call interactions.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales objectives.
- Respond courteously and professionally to customer inquiries and issues.
Skills and Experience
Candidates should possess experience in telecalling within the financial services domain, particularly loan sales.
