About the Role
We are seeking Telecalling Executives to join our team in KR Puram, Bengaluru, focusing on digital personal loan services. Your primary responsibility will be managing online personal loan applications and assisting customers via email, chat, and phone calls to facilitate a seamless digital loan experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to assist in the personal loan application process across digital channels such as email, chat, and voice calls.
- Coordinate with internal loan processing teams to ensure efficient handling of applications.
- Maintain precise records and documentation related to customer interactions and applications.
- Adhere strictly to banking guidelines and compliance requirements throughout all processes.
Requirements
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Basic proficiency in English, along with knowledge of at least one South Indian language such as Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, or Hindi.
- Ability to work a scheduled shift from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Sunday as a fixed off day.
Compensation and Incentives
The remuneration package ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 CTC, including a monthly in-hand salary between ₹16,000 and ₹18,500. Additionally, performance-based incentives ranging from ₹5,000 up to ₹80,000 are offered.
