Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive (female candidates only) to join our team with a fixed salary structure ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 monthly based on experience. This role demands effective communication with prospective clients in both Hindi and English, handling inbound and outbound calls, and assisting customers by responding to their inquiries about company services.
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls and managing inbound customer calls.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with potential customers in Hindi and English.
- Providing detailed explanations of company services and addressing customer questions.
- Generating new leads and following up on existing ones.
- Maintaining accurate call records and updating client data.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure successful lead conversion.
Candidate Requirements
- Female applicants exclusively.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, email, and internet usage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or BPO is advantageous.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Confident and positive demeanor with excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Capability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Team-oriented with a professional work attitude.
