Role Overview
We are seeking a self-assured and motivated Telecalling Executive to become a valued member of our team based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The primary duties include conducting outbound calls, managing incoming customer inquiries, offering detailed information about products or services, creating new customer leads, and ensuring excellent customer relations through attentive service.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calling to potential clients for business development.
- Handle incoming queries professionally and provide clear explanations of company offerings.
- Generate and nurture leads to support sales objectives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Compensation
