Job Overview
We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to join Paarth Management Consultants in Kota, Rajasthan. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound customer calls, promoting the company's products and services, and generating potential leads to expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively and professionally.
- Communicate detailed information about company products, services, and current offers to customers.
- Generate and convert leads into new customers by identifying their needs and persuading them of product/service benefits.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of product/service features to respond to customer inquiries accurately.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is between INR 10,000 and INR 35,000 per month.
