Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven telecalling professional to join our dynamic calling team. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to students of grades 9 to 12 and their parents, effectively explaining our course offerings. You will ensure that potential students understand the features and benefits of our application to maximize outreach and achieve high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact students and their guardians to provide comprehensive information about courses for classes 9 through 12.
• Clearly explain key application features such as live classes, study materials, doubt clearing sessions, and the benefits students gain from them in simple language.
• Listen carefully to students’ academic needs and assist them in choosing the right courses while addressing their queries.
• Consistently meet daily calling and sales targets, focusing on converting leads into admissions with a high success rate.
• Perform timely follow-ups with interested students and maintain accurate call and lead records.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in telecalling, customer support, or sales is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills are essential to effectively engage and hold the listener's attention.
• Basic understanding of the EdTech industry and a keen interest in the education sector.
• Ability to motivate students and clearly explain information.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a target-oriented environment.
