Overview
We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to become a vital member of our Real Estate sales division in Gurugram. This role involves proactive outreach to potential clients, generating qualified leads, and facilitating the sales team in meeting their objectives.
Key Duties
- Initiate outbound calls using the company's database to connect with prospective customers.
- Provide clear explanations about project offerings and gather client requirements effectively.
- Identify and qualify leads to support the sales process.
- Arrange visits to property sites and liaise with sales executives to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Conduct follow-up communications with interested clients to maintain engagement.
- Document customer interactions and update lead statuses regularly in the CRM platform.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls and lead generation.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally, delivering precise information.
Candidate Profile
- Graduates or undergraduates are eligible; fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience ranging from entry-level up to 2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service; real estate background is advantageous.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion abilities in Hindi; proficiency in English communication is a bonus.
- Basic computer skills including knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-driven attitude with a focus on targets and positive workplace demeanor.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between 18000 and 25000 INR.
