Telecaller / HR Recruiter

About the Role

WorkSetu Management Solution LLP is urgently seeking dedicated Telecallers / HR Recruiters to join their team handling a dynamic hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact candidates interested in Delivery Partner roles for platforms like Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, Zomato, etc.
• Manage the recruitment process for House Help roles including Maids, Cooks, Babysitters, and Caretakers.
• Communicate detailed job information to candidates and address any queries they have.
• Verify candidate documents and complete the onboarding process efficiently.
• Perform daily follow-ups to meet hiring goals consistently.
• Maintain and update candidate information in CRM systems and Google Sheets.

Compensation & Incentives

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹10,000.
• Performance-based incentives up to ₹5,000 per month.
• Opportunities for salary increments and promotions for high-performing employees.

Training Details

• A 5-day unpaid training program must be completed successfully before official joining.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants should have completed at least 12th grade or hold a graduate degree.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi are essential.
• Basic computer proficiency including Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and MS Office.
• A target-driven mindset combined with a positive attitude.
