Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller to join Squad Services Private Limited in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This role involves proactive outreach to clients regarding payment collections and requires excellent communication and negotiation skills combined with computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to customers to understand reasons behind payment delays.
- Negotiate and establish payment deadlines with clients.
- Explain various payment settlement options to customers effectively.
- Maintain accurate daily management information system (MIS) records of interactions and payments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities to meet collection targets.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations and data entry.

Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 22,000 per month.
