Telecaller

Role Overview

As a Telecaller for Magicinches Interior & Construction located in Pune, you will be responsible for managing incoming communication, assisting potential clients, and coordinating various operational aspects related to property and interior projects.

Key Duties

• Respond to incoming phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries promptly.
• Provide detailed explanations of property features and arrange site visit appointments.
• Conduct property showings to interested tenants.
• Follow up consistently with leads to convert interest into confirmed bookings.
• Oversee onboarding processes for tenants including documentation and occupancy management.
• Manage daily operations of PG (paying guest) accommodations.
• Address interior project inquiries and maintain communication with prospective clients.
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate site visits.
• Keep detailed records of leads and daily follow-up activities.
• Work collaboratively with sales and project execution teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient communication abilities in both Hindi and English; knowledge of Marathi is beneficial.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business applications.
• Confidence in managing customer calls and conducting site visits.
• Self-motivated personality with a neat and professional appearance.
• Prior experience in the sectors of Real Estate, Paying Guest accommodation services, Hospitality, or Interior Sales is preferred.
