Role overview

We are hiring an energetic and self-assured Telecaller to work remotely from home. This position is suited to someone who can speak to customers over the phone with ease and maintain a friendly, professional tone throughout the conversation.

What the job involves

The main focus of this role is customer communication by phone, with a strong emphasis on Punjabi language interaction. You will be expected to handle calls confidently and represent the company in a clear and courteous manner.

Language and qualification requirements

The role calls for strong command over Punjabi across speaking, reading, and writing. Basic Hindi communication ability is also needed. Candidates should have completed at least 12th standard; graduates are also eligible. Freshers may apply.
