About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to become part of our After Sales Service team located in Riyadh City. This role entails offering advanced Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for escalated cases involving various home appliance products including washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, air conditioners, built-in ovens, gas cookers, and dryers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert L2/L3 technical assistance on complex appliance issues escalated from field service engineers.
- Diagnose intricate technical problems across a broad range of appliances and provide effective resolutions.
- Support technicians by advising on sophisticated troubleshooting techniques and optimal repair methods.
- Create and distribute service bulletins, step-by-step troubleshooting guidelines, and detailed technical notes.
- Analyze service operations data to detect recurring repair cases and develop corrective strategies to minimize them.
- Generate dashboards and comprehensive reports to illustrate reclaim patterns and potential enhancement areas.
- Work collaboratively with Research & Development and Quality Assurance teams to highlight and resolve persistent product challenges.
- Design and conduct both theoretical and practical technical training sessions for service engineers and technicians.
- Lead hands-on workshops to improve skills in installation, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Maintain and update an extensive technical knowledge repository to uphold service standards and troubleshooting protocols.
- Ensure adherence to company safety requirements and standardized service processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Have at least five years of professional experience in Home Appliances technical support and training roles.
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise with appliances such as washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, air conditioners, built-in ovens, gas cookers, and dryers.
- Proven track record in reducing reclaim jobs and conducting technical data evaluation.
- Exhibit exceptional analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong communication skills along with the ability to effectively present and deliver training programs.
- Experienced in developing technical documentation and educational materials.
