Role Overview
This full-time remote position involves advancing an AI-driven recruitment platform called Zara, which automates aspects of candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement. The role demands strong expertise in machine learning and AI, working closely with diverse teams to ensure scalable and efficient recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and fine-tune machine learning models to enhance Zara's accuracy and efficiency in matching candidates.
- Build and uphold backend systems that support natural language processing for analyzing resumes and job descriptions.
- Integrate the AI platform with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and external job portals through API connections.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to optimize AI training data and assess model performance.
- Maintain adherence to privacy laws and ethical standards regarding AI usage in recruitment workflows.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Expertise in natural language processing, including working knowledge of spaCy or Hugging Face libraries.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying scalable AI systems in production settings.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure and containerization tools like Docker.
- Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data extraction and integration.
- Understanding of ethical AI principles with strategies to mitigate bias in recruitment algorithms.
- Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architectures.
- Background in developing data pipelines and executing ETL workflows.
