Job Overview
As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead intricate, multi-disciplinary initiatives from inception through completion. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing diverse stakeholders, and balancing technical, business, and operational priorities to ensure effective product delivery. This position is based in Dublin, Ireland and requires full-time onsite commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and communicate tactical project plans and strategies, oversee multiple programs, engage engineering teams, and maintain momentum for timely project completion.
- Serve as a trusted consultant to key decision makers by providing actionable insights, influencing product development direction, and fostering innovative partnerships within the organization.
- Create, refine, and maintain metrics supported by reliable data to deliver proactive visibility into engineering solutions.
- Conduct quantitative analyses by interpreting complex technical data from both structured and unstructured sources.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Have at least five years of experience in program management roles.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage programs involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships at various levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience collaborating with internal product and engineering teams as well as large customer groups.
- Proven track record in driving cross-functional programs and launching new technologies or solutions.
- Strong aptitude to manage ambiguity and complexity by identifying challenges, proposing thoughtful solutions, and making sound decisions.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
