Job Overview
Skretting Australia is seeking a dedicated Technical & Product Performance Support Officer to join our team in Invercargill, Southland, New Zealand. This role involves providing comprehensive technical and customer support that enhances product performance and drives business success through data analysis, R&D participation, and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with executing customer account plans and regular engagement activities.
- Support technical sampling processes and gather necessary data.
- Generate detailed customer reports and summaries on product performance.
- Maintain strong client relations by providing timely and professional assistance.
- Help meet contractual obligations and deliver on customer expectations.
- Aid in organizing and carrying out research and development trials.
- Facilitate the rollout of new products and product enhancements.
- Keep product documentation and technical records up-to-date.
- Contribute towards product lifecycle management and innovation initiatives.
- Analyze data from fish performance, trials, and production activities.
- Compile precise reports and technical analyses to support decision-making.
- Offer insights to customers and internal teams based on data evaluations.
- Gather and assess market trends and competitor information.
- Collect customer forecasts and market intelligence.
- Provide support to commercial teams by supplying relevant technical and market data.
- Engage in efforts to improve customer relationships and business outcomes.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and promote safe work practices.
- Participate in workplace health and safety initiatives and continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure all activities comply with Nutreco and Skretting’s safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Identify potential risks that could affect customers or business operations and escalate as needed.
