Team Member - Printing Process

Role Overview

This position is part of the New Energy business and focuses on supporting project execution, technology evaluation, and operational analysis. The role involves coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, contributing to pilot initiatives, and turning data-driven insights into practical project plans and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive assigned projects from planning through implementation and final closure, ensuring delivery within the agreed timelines.
• Assess emerging and commercially relevant technologies through technical, financial, and performance analysis to support design decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, partners, and vendors to move projects forward smoothly.
• Support pilot programs, use cases, and testing activities aimed at validating technologies and system performance.
• Take initiative to examine upcoming technologies and market scenarios in the New Energy domain and convert findings into detailed project plans and practical solutions.
• Analyze data, apply research methods, and use analytical and statistical techniques to support decision-making and project planning.
• Compile, review, and summarize weekly, monthly, and other periodic operational outcomes for stakeholders.

Education

A graduate or postgraduate qualification from a recognized college or university is required.

Experience

The role calls for 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
