Team Member - Digital Transactions

Overview

The role focuses on managing comprehensive processing, governance, control mechanisms, and operational excellence for specialized mutual fund transaction products such as Systematic Investment Plans (SIP), Systematic Transfer Plans (STP), trigger-based transactions, CSIP, SPPF, among others. It aims at ensuring precise transaction handling, adherence to regulations, outstanding investor service, automation of workflows, coordination with vendors, and ongoing enhancements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing and registration of special product transactions including SIP, STP, CSIP, SPPF, and trigger-based products within stipulated TATs.
• Validate transaction information, investor credentials, mandates, and necessary documents ensuring accuracy.
• Manage exceptions, corrections, and remediation activities related to transactions.
• Collaborate with Registrars and Transfer Agents (RTAs), banking partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth processing.
• Ensure all operations comply with SEBI, AMFI regulations, internal guidelines, and maintain high accuracy standards.
• Monitor control reports, analyze transaction failures, implement preventive actions, and ensure readiness for audits.
• Analyze rejection trends and root causes to reduce transaction and registration errors, improving investor experience.
• Track and resolve trigger-based transaction issues, CSIP claim settlements, and conduct systematic product reviews.
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support new system initiatives through business requirements gathering and UAT support.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, maintain SLAs, monitor performance, and coordinate resolution and escalations.
• Lead data remediation efforts addressing missing investor info, duplicate PANs, bank inconsistencies, invalid emails, and nomination gaps, ensuring compliance and data quality.
• Prepare operational Management Information System (MIS) reports on daily, weekly, and monthly bases, tracking volumes, rejection rates, accuracy, and TAT adherence, and support management with analytical insights.
