Job Overview
Sonvarsa Corporate Pvt. Ltd. seeks a motivated Team Manager specializing in Personal Loan sales to oversee and enhance the team responsible for loan sales. The candidate should possess solid leadership capabilities, comprehensive knowledge of personal loan offerings, and a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets while fostering team success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, and inspire the Personal Loan sales team to meet monthly and quarterly business goals.
- Expand Personal Loan business through direct sourcing, partnerships with channel agents, DSAs, and leveraging customer referrals.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at maximizing loan disbursements.
- Track and evaluate daily performance metrics and productivity of the team against targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and guide team members to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, banking institutions, and business collaborators.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Investigate market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint new business prospects.
- Generate frequent reports including daily, weekly, and monthly MIS summaries and convey updates to senior management.
- Maintain top-tier customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and timely resolution of issues.
Candidate Requirements
- 4 to 5 years experience in Personal Loan sales domains.
- At least 1 to 2 years managing or leading a sales team.
- In-depth understanding of Personal Loan products, banking operations, NBFC frameworks, and lending procedures.
- Proven leadership skills paired with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment.
- Strong skills in networking and managing business relationships.
