Role Overview
The Team Manager will lead and inspire a group of loan managers aimed at meeting and surpassing business objectives. The position involves developing superior loan portfolios, mentoring and supporting team members, guaranteeing adherence to lending regulations, fostering excellent customer relations, and enhancing collective team efficiency.
